About Dereham Runners
OUR CLUB
Formed in 1986 by a group of runners lacking local facilities at which to train, Dereham Runners AC has evolved into one of the most successful ‘grassroots’ athletics clubs in the county.
Dereham Runners AC warmly welcomes all runners, irrespective of age, sex and ability. From first-time runners to competitive runners, our qualified experienced volunteer coaches provide training opportunities for everyone. Check out our coaching team here.

We train at multiple different venues throughout the year to keep training varied.

Training sessions run throughout the year and in the best and worst weather conditions. Our seniors meet on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings as well as Sunday mornings. For more information, check out the Training section.
