Rules

The rules for 2025 as detailed below

• Trophy for 1st /2nd /3rd  female and 1st /2nd 3rd male over 12 events, provided seven or more races have been completed and prize for the completion of all 12 races (All presented at the awards/presentation evening.)                                                                   

• Scores from ten of the twelve selected races will count towards your final total.

• Scoring is based on your club-finishing place in the selected open races. 13 points for first club member, 12 points for second placed club member, down to 2 point for the 12th place. All other positions earn 1 point.

• The maximum possible score therefore will be 130 points for ten first places.

• Club vest/top (red/white) must be worn for all DRAC Grand Prix races (new members will be given 4 weeks grace to purchase kit).

Best 10 Score Count Only

As per all inter-club competitions, 2nd claim members are not eligible.

• Gt. Yarmouth 5 mile (Race 1) 16th April 2025 

• Breckland 10km 5th May 2025

• Aylsham 5km 6th June 2025

• Great Yarmouth parkrun 12th July 2025 

• DRAC 10 km club run August 2025 (exact date tbc)  

• Bure Valley 10 mile 28th September 2025

• DRAC 10 mile club run 26th October 2025

• Ryston Cross country (2nd event) 2 November 2025

• DRAC 5km club run 21 December 2025 (09:00 start at Rashes Green)

• Races within the DRAC Grand Prix are subject to change at the committee’s discretion.
